All people participating in this workshop, online or in-person, are expected to:

• Have a positive and respectful attitude toward each other
• Respect different points of view, ideas, and experience
• Accept other people’s ideas and suggestions
• Behave professionally and exclude any personal information
• Discuss projects within the professional arena; do not promote, sell, or advertise your company, products/services.

Unacceptable behavior includes and not limited to:

• Threats or violent language directed against another participant of this workshop
• Publication of private communication without consent
• Causing someone to fear for their safety, such as through stalking, following, or intimidation
• Discriminatory jokes and language
• Posting sexually explicit or violent material
• Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms

Participants must respect the confidentiality of information shared during the workshop and not disclose or use any information without prior consent.

If you believe someone is violating the Code of Conduct, please report it to Carmen Dibut, the organizer. She will respond as soon as possible to address the issue. If the participants violate the code of conduct, they might be removed from attending the workshop(s) online or in person.
